Biography
I am an Assistant Professor of Management in the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
Prior to academic appointment, I was a Research Scientist at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) and a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Management at the University of Toronto Scarborough.
I received my PhD (2017) in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology from the University of Minnesota. My research focuses on personality at work.
I have given dozens of conference presentations and published my research in peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, American Psychologist, Psychological Methods, and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences USA. My work has been covered in several popular press outlets, including the BBC, Forbes, and Psychology Today.
